Welcome – I’m Tara, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m the founder of Balance by Tara, where skincare meets soul care. I’m a licensed medical esthetician, intuitive healer and guide, Reiki Master, sound healing practitioner, and energetic alchemist. But my journey didn’t start here—and I bring every part of it into the work I do today.

With a background in education, social work, behavior analysis, and behavior change, I spent over 25 years working with families and supporting children with autism. Over time, I felt a deep pull to care for others in a new, more holistic way. That calling led me back to school for esthetics and further training in energy work.

During the pandemic, I expanded my practice to include holistic life coaching and completed a six-month mentorship in intuitive guidance. These experiences deepened my belief that healing is never one-size-fits-all. We all need different things at different points in our lives—and that’s why I offer an integrative, personalized approach that honors the whole person.
